9. To receive a therapeutic goods' prescription, you must be 20 years old or older. We utilise Cann Life (http://www.cannlife.com.au/) as our trusted long term pharmacy partner, please visit their website for specific information about stock and delivery.

10. Paediatric consultations must be accompanied by a legal guardian who has full decision making capacity.

11. Consultation costs are professional service fees set out by the Medical Professionals, who will do their best to endeavour your realistic medical needs, this fee does not guarantee any prescriptions or investigations requested by you without a clear clinical indication.

12. We have partnered with various pathology and imaging providers due to their professionalism and diverse range of services offered at various locations, we neither earn incentives from you utilising their services nor have any control over their booking or fee structure - please contact the service provider directly if you have any concerns regarding fees/invoices received from them.

13. A valid credit card is required for all bookings at the time of booking - you will not be charged until your appointment time. Credit Card information is stored securely by the payment platform which is compliant with Australian security standards - this is a separate platform and none of your credit card details is retained or stored on Zelica Health.

14. Correspondence Letter Requests: A fee of $59.00 AUD applies for the preparation and issuing of a Correspondence Health Summary Letter. Processing time for the letters may take 5–7 business days from the date of request. This fee is non-refundable once the processing has commenced.
