Billing Policy

We offer bulk billing for most standard GP telehealth appointments for eligible Medicare card holders. Some appointments attract a gap (mixed billing).

Who is bulk billed

  • Most standard GP telehealth consultations for eligible Medicare card holders.

  • After-hours appointments (Mon–Sat) may be bulk billed subject to eligibility.

  • Sundays: not bulk billed (mixed billing applies).

Mixed billing (gap fees) applies when

  • Last-minute priority/urgent care bookings via the priority line.

  • Long appointments (≥ 30 minutes).

  • Services not eligible under Medicare or where additional administrative time is required.

After-hours definition

  • Mon, Wed, Thu: 5:30 pm–10:00 pm

  • Sat: 11:00 am–5:00 pm

  • Sun: 11:00 am–5:00 pm (mixed billing only; not bulk billed)

Payment methods

  • Cards only (credit or debit) via Tyro.

  • We do not accept cash or bank transfer.

Medicare details

  • Please have your valid Medicare card ready at booking/check-in.

  • Eligibility is confirmed at the time of booking or during triage.

Rescheduling & cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.

  • Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a fee at the clinic’s discretion.
