Billing Policy

We offer bulk billing for most standard GP telehealth appointments for eligible Medicare card holders. Some appointments attract a gap (mixed billing).
Who is bulk billed

Most standard GP telehealth consultations for eligible Medicare card holders.

After-hours appointments (Mon–Sat) may be bulk billed subject to eligibility.

Sundays: not bulk billed (mixed billing applies).
Mixed billing (gap fees) applies when
-
Last-minute priority/urgent care bookings via the priority line.

Long appointments (≥ 30 minutes).

Services not eligible under Medicare or where additional administrative time is required.
After-hours definition

Mon, Wed, Thu: 5:30 pm–10:00 pm

Sat: 11:00 am–5:00 pm

Sun: 11:00 am–5:00 pm (mixed billing only; not bulk billed)
Payment methods

Cards only (credit or debit) via Tyro.

We do not accept cash or bank transfer.
Medicare details

Please have your valid Medicare card ready at booking/check-in.

Eligibility is confirmed at the time of booking or during triage.
Rescheduling & cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.

Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a fee at the clinic’s discretion.
