Free Contents and Services
As most of our blog content, articles, newsletters, and general resources are provided free of charge, no refunds are applicable for these services.
Refund Eligibility Strict Conditions: Refunds are strictly available ONLY to customers who are determined to be ineligible for consultation due to extenuating unforseen circumstances and will be at the discreet decision of our Medical Practitioner.
No Refunds for Delays - Appointment Scheduling: While we strive to schedule appointments within 7 business days of booking, demand fluctuations may lead to delays, potentially extending appointment scheduling to 14-21 business days.
Policy on Delays: It is explicitly stated that refunds will NOT be issued for any delays in booking appointments, irrespective of the extent of the delay.
No Refunds for Change of Mind: Eligible patients who decide to cancel or not proceed with their booked appointment for any reason other than being deemed ineligible will not be entitled to a refund.

Monthly Subscriptions: If you intend to cancel your monthly subcription, please notify us in writing at least 28 days (4 weeks) before your subscription renewal date to ensure the cancellation of the direct debit/automatic renewal is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed - your subscription is still valid until the end of the billing cycle. No pro-rata refund will be provided for request of early/immediate termination of the monthly subcription service.

Acknowledgement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully aware of and accept this no-refund policy for changes of mind.
